Amenities include a heated pool and spa, sauna and excercise room, a full-service clubhouse, tennis court, basketball court, fishing pier, and car wash. Each unit has one single-car garage. Additionally, there are 107 unassigned guest parking spaces. Limited boat storage is available for owners upon approval.

The Association has a full-time maintenance person and a "hands-on" Board that make the common areas and building maintenance a priority. Reserves are funded to ensure that required maintenance is scheduled properly.

Many social activities are scheduled, most of them in the winter months. This is a friendly community with a very low rental percentage. Most owners make this their permanent or second home.
